A cyclo courier since 2012, Lionel entered the world of mechanics straight out of high school by doing an apprenticeship as an automation engineer, working on train transformers then in the elevator maintenance department. Passionate about cycling, Lionel is very proud to join the ByKarl adventure in order to be able to take care of your frames with a service centered on you, according to your desires.
Gäetan
Neuchatel
Gaëtan always cycled to get around, in his youth in the countryside, until his exclusive means of transport to go to work. Passionate about science from a young age, he was a microelectronics engineer for many years. He discovered more advanced bicycle mechanics during his cycling trips around the world, and created with courier friends in 2013, a free self-repair bicycle workshop in Neuchâtel called “the Black Office”. He will be happy to restore your “old” bikes and give you advice for long cycling trips as well as for everyday journeys.

Seb and Julia are known throughout Chablais for their company To fix or not to fix, they are committed to soft mobility, ethics and ecology. Convinced by the ByKarl adventure, they will be the face of this magnificent region between mountains and plains.
